This company are on the lookout for skilled Junior or Mid adaptable, ideas-driven writers who are comfortable working at pace, think natively for social platforms and can support creative teams across multiple brands and projects as work comes through.
You will be supporting campaigns and always-on content across paid and organic social, writing short-form copy, hooks and captions that are built for performance and engagement.
The role
You will:

The role
This is a hands-on creative role that goes well beyond copy alone. You will be involved in the full creative lifecycle, from initial concept through to final delivery.
You will:
Translate creative briefs into clear concepts, ideas and narrative structures
Write high-performing hooks, headlines, scripts and captions across UGC, testimonials, brand campaigns and product-led content
Partner closely with video editors to review cuts, provide creative feedback and help drive assets through to final delivery

Deliver creative outputs for projects up to $50k, spanning both lo-fi and elevated UGC and performance content
Review edit rounds to ensure assets align to the brief, structure and brand voice

About you
You are a commercially minded creative who understands how strong ideas translate into effective, scroll-stopping ads.
You will ideally bring:
A strong understanding of performance-led creative and how to structure ads for impact
Experience writing for short-form video and 30-second UGC style content
Confidence working within concept and narrative frameworks such as LP8, 3-step narrative or Get-Who-To-Buy
Excellent writing skills across scripts, headlines and social copy
The ability to work across multiple projects, editors and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong creative judgement and the confidence to move quickly and decisively
