Working very closely with the Director, and the UK team - you will be instrumental in project managing a range of large-scale projects and ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, to the highest quality, and ensuring the customer has an effortless experience.
You are an experienced Project Manager, used to juggling multiple projects, timelines, and budgets. You have a detailed understanding of what’s going on with each of your projects and are always thinking about the client.
In this role you will:
Produce budgets for projects, incorporating all activities with the correct internal and external costs, ensuring that the project will run accurately and profitably.
Manage project costs and invoicing.
Use systems and produce reports to drive commercial conversations and decisions.
Ensure timesheets are completed and approved for your own work and the work of your project.
Manage several large-scale projects at once.
Be forward-thinking and able to problem-solve and think of alternative ways of doing things.
Building, managing, and reporting on high-value budgets and project plans.
Organising Invoicing and cost management.
Build working relationships with people across the business, clients, third-party suppliers, and partner agencies.
